Great quality and size for business/travel. Workmanship is wonderful, design is classic & stylish, and it was a pleasure communicating back and forth with the company on any questions I had regarding my order. I was lucky enough to be able to travel to UK to see family, twice in the last 12 months. This bag was the perfect size for the "additional carry-on bag' on the flight. The color is beautiful, as is the contrasting lining. Inside pockets were perfect for the multiple masks and filters I needed while flying, and wipes and hand sanitizer! Also, more than enough room for snacks, water, books, phone and ipad, and it zipped up nicely so no danger of anything falling out. It's stylish, classy, sturdy, and beautifully made. Like any bag made by Crystalyn.

I am definitely happy with this tote bag. Very practical yet stylish at the same time. I wore it to my daughters choir festival and, as a chaperone, kept many of the students things in here. Not only is it for my lap top, it serves as a multi-purpose bag :)

This bag has a lot to offer. It's spacious, very well made and can be dressed up or down. I had wanted a leather bag but they're all pretty much prohibitive if you don't want to sacrifice style or look frumpy. This is perfect for my needs -- fits my macbook and some books really well. Very satisfied!
